Marketing Apprentice

• Training Course: Multi-Channel Marketer (Level 3)

• Hours: 33 hours per week

  • Monday: 10.30am – 8.00pm

  • Wednesday: 9.30am – 7.00pm

  • Friday: 9.00am – 5.00pm

  • Saturday: 9.00am – 3.00pm

As a Marketing Apprentice, you will:

• Be the first point of contact at reception, greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly manner

• Manage communications including phone calls, emails, letters, and in-person enquiries

• Handle client bookings, payments, and CRM records accurately

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and websites

• Create engaging content for digital platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials

• Work with internal staff and external partners (e.g., developers, marketing agencies)

• Identify and help coordinate networking opportunities and promotional events

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

• Provide administrative support (filing, paperwork, records)

• Help ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming workplace

Essential qualifications:

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (minimum Pass grade)

• Excellent communication and IT skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

• Good customer care and presentation skills
